A colorful and dream-filled vision of Amalfi.
Sabrina and Mitch sail past the villages of the Amalfi coast. Sabrina is sunbathing on a deck of their yacht. She is eternally 29 when in Italy. Her black chic bathing suit speaks of her good taste. Sabrina rises slowly off her chair, she stands like a gorgeous vision on the immaculate deck, her eyes framed by large sunglasses as she gazes toward Amalfi. She whips her head around to look up to the bridge, where Mitch is in control, she points and laughs as she yells "Look Mitch, there's Amalfi"! as if she's seen it for the first time.
He smiles, she is a gorgeous, red blooded woman but her childlike exuberance, is so sweet, it's what he loves best about her. Tonight Sabrina and Mitch have dinner on deck with friends. Friends they made over many years returning to beautiful Italy. They look forward to music, wine and conversation, overlooking the sparkling lights of Amalfi and listening to soft music by Sade. The sound of the gentle waves lapping against the hull, remind them how lucky they are, to be here, once again. After everyone leaves, Sabrina lets her hair down, gorgeous soft dark locks, she shakes her head so they spill over her shoulders . Mitch pulls her close in to his chest, he places his face against her hair and smells the scent of Chaleur d`Animale. They dance close for a while, before disappearing to their cabin. Amalfi brings out the romance in life. Do you have memories like those of Sabrina and Mitch? This painting is a watercolor and is now slightly reduced. Buy it now.

I am an independent, self supporting artist and Renaissance woman, working full time on my art.
I absolutely love what I do. Creating art consumes me. I paint original art with oil paints, watercolors, also ink and pastel. Additionally I use the photos of my art or scans to create mixed media, where I use digital tools to layer texture or change the colors of these original paintings. Not a day goes by where I don't create something new. My original paintings are on ginettecallaway.com
My art prints are on ginetteprints.com and over 1000 pieces or art prints, that includes some of my earlier work and many abstract pieces are on http://www.imagekind.com/artists/GinetteCallaway/all/fine-art-prints
