Watercolor & Ink on Watercolor Paper

A simple Pizza usually with Tomatoes, Olive Oil, black Olives, Basil, Mozzarella or a certain cheese that is made from Water Buffalo Milk. I make my version, using Vegan Cheese and all the other parts are the same. This Pizza is my favorite.
I Like simple and thin Crust best and actually very little Cheese.

I make the Dough with Bread Flour that I enrich with extra Gluten, makes a nice stretchy Dough. I use pink Himalayan Salt and Water and Block fresh Yeast, not the dry packaged type. The Dough is really important. I have to admit I just can't make the perfect rounds and I don't use a Rolling Pin, so my Pizza often comes out odd shaped.

You may be interested to know that the Italian Government has submitted the Neapolitan Pizza to be considered by UNESCO World Heritage to become protected. Here is an article about it.

I hope you enjoy my paintings. Together they would look great in a dining room or any type of space that has to do with Food.

This paintings are sold without frame or mat. The image with mat and frame is an example of what I see it can look like.
